nothing says spring like it, and my dad requested this sweet and tangy dessert for father's day. i used martha stewart's recipe, because how could i use anyone else's? bubbly, gooey filling encrusted in buttery baked pate brisee-paired with homemade coconut ice cream. the perfect, comforting treat for the best man i know. plus i had a little extra to make a mini for myself- strictly for quality control reasons, of course.
